The Navigator 44 C;lassic is a traditional pilothouse design that is highly regarded for its rugged construction and practical cabin accommodations.

Navigator developed a reputation since its founding in the late 1980s for delivering a lot of boat for the money, and the 44 Classic delivers on that concept. Built on a solid fiber- glass hull, her two-stateroom interior is arranged with the galley and dinette on the pilothouse level, two steps up from the salon. A lower helm, a huge L-shaped sofa and centerline entertainment center dominate the salon. A corridor to starboard in the salon leads to the staterooms, both of which have double berths and private en suite heads. The interior is fully carpeted and highlighted with lacquered cherry joinery, vinyl overheads, and Corian counters. The side decks on the 44 Classic are nearly a foot wide so movement around the boat is easy and safe.
